Data Deletion

Please include your account email and confirm that you want your account deleted.

• Account and sign-in data, settings, voice settings and user context.
• Agent sessions and analytics, engagement history, the follow ledger and the X event log.
• Growth targets, username lists and your whitelist.
• Your Telegram link, including your Telegram name and profile photo.
• Install records and heartbeats.

Deleting your grow-it data does not change your X account. Replies, likes, follows and unfollows that agents already made stay on X until you change them there.

• Some payment, invoice, security, and legal/accounting records may be retained where required.
• Public blockchain data cannot be deleted by grow-it.
• Local extension data can be cleared by removing the extension or clearing extension storage.
• You can unlink Telegram yourself from the extension at any time, without deleting your account.
• We may ask for verification before deleting account data.
