Refund Policy
When refunds are reasonable.
On-chain payments are generally final once sent. That said, grow-it will review refund requests in reasonable cases.
Activation payments
Lifetime activation payments may be reviewed for refund if you paid but activation was not delivered due to a grow-it system issue.
Reply packs
Unused reply-pack credits expire after 30 days. Used credits are not refundable.
Duplicate payments
Duplicate payments to the grow-it payment wallet for the same account and purpose may be refunded or credited after verification.
Wrong chain, token, or address
Payments sent to unsupported chains, unsupported tokens, or the wrong address may not be recoverable.
Abuse or policy violations
Refunds may be denied for abuse, policy violations, or attempts to reuse the same transaction across accounts.

Email support@growithq.com with:
- account email
- transaction hash
- chain
- token
- payment purpose
- reason for request
Timing
Reviews may take several business days.
