grow-it provides an AI-assisted engagement extension for X and Telegram workflows. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how users can contact us.

We may collect:

• Account data: name, email address, verification status, and session data.
• Extension settings: voice settings, model preference, selected skill pack, onboarding state, and related preferences.
• Engagement data: queued tweet URLs, tweet IDs, tweet text, generated replies, action status, timestamps, and activity logs.
• Telegram page data: tweet links visible on web.telegram.org pages where the grow-it toolbar runs.
• X page data: visible tweet content needed to queue, generate, and post replies.
• Payment data: wallet addresses, transaction hashes, chain name, chain ID, token, token amount, confirmation count, invoice number, and payment status.
• Device and request data: IP address, user agent, and logs needed for security, abuse prevention, rate limits, debugging, and reliability.
• Support data: messages you send to support@growithq.com.

We use data to:

• Authenticate users.
• Verify email addresses.
• Generate AI replies.
• Maintain reply credits and usage limits.
• Run queued engagement tasks.
• Verify on-chain payments.
• Generate receipts and invoices.
• Provide support.
• Improve reliability and product safety.

grow-it may send tweet text, profile settings, and generation context to AI service providers through OpenRouter or similar model routing providers to generate replies. Do not include secrets, passwords, or highly sensitive personal information in content you submit to grow-it.

Payments are made on public blockchains. Transaction hashes, wallet addresses, token transfers, and chain data may be publicly visible on-chain. grow-it stores payment metadata for billing, support, and accounting records.

grow-it uses user data only to provide the features described in the extension, website, and Chrome Web Store listing. We do not sell user data or use it for unrelated advertising. Our use of extension data is limited to authentication, queueing, reply generation, payment verification, support, and product operation.

We share data only with service providers needed to run the product, including:

• Email provider, Resend
• AI provider or model router, OpenRouter
• Analytics or logging tools if used
• Legal, accounting, or security providers when necessary

• Account data is kept while your account is active.
• Payment and invoice records are retained as needed for accounting and legal obligations.
• Usage and action logs are retained as needed for reliability and product analytics.
• Support emails are retained as needed to resolve requests.
• You may request deletion by contacting support@growithq.com.

We use HTTPS, access controls, hashed passwords, session protections, and restricted admin access. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can update settings, stop using the extension, uninstall the extension, clear local extension data, request account deletion, and contact support.

grow-it is not intended for children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will update the effective date.
